Sublimation parameters for all products — Complete Green Print guide
Recommended temperature, time, and pressure for each type of sublimation-compatible product. All values are tested and updated for Green Print products.
Important: The parameters below are reference values tested with Green Print products, ink, and paper. They may require adjustments depending on the press, ink, and paper. A test on 1-2 pieces is always recommended before production, increasing or decreasing the time by 10-15 seconds. Maximum recommended temperature: 190°C.
Golden rule: Longer pressing time = lower temperature and lighter pressure. Short time = higher temperature and firmer pressure.
📌 General tips for sublimation
Pre-pressing is mandatory. Before applying the transfer, pre-press the substrate for 5-10 seconds (textiles: 3-5 seconds) to remove moisture and wrinkles. Moisture is the no. 1 enemy of sublimation — it causes faded colors and stains.
Always use Teflon film or protective paper on the press platen. It protects both the platen and the product. Change the protective paper regularly — residual ink can migrate onto the next products.
Secure the paper with heat-resistant tape. Any movement of the paper during pressing causes ghosting (double image). Secure it on at least 2 sides, ideally on all 4.
Remove the paper quickly after pressing — do not leave the paper on the product after you have opened the press. A quick, clean movement prevents ink smearing.
Always test on 1-2 pieces before going into production, especially when changing the product batch, ink, or paper. The parameters are indicative and may vary depending on the equipment.
Product cooling: Let the products cool naturally on a heat-resistant surface. DO NOT place mugs/tumblers in cold water — thermal shock can cause microcracks in the coating.
Mirror printing: All products require mirror printing, EXCEPT glass products (where the image is applied on the back and viewed through the glass).
General recommendation: For new products or ranges that you have not sublimated before, start with the parameters from the closest category and test on 1-2 pieces, increasing or decreasing the time by 10-15 seconds until you obtain an optimal result.

Buna ziua!
Parametrii pt:
Sacosa textila non woven: 180°C cu 55 de secunde – presiune medie
Sacosele fetru: 190°C cu 70 de secunde – presiune medie spre mica
Le adaug imediat si in lista de parametri
Bună ziua,
Puneți, va rog, parametri pentru sacoșa textila nonwoven.
Suntti top!
Buna ziua,
La ce parametri se sublimeaza geanta de fetru? Dar sacosele textile?
