MDF (Medium-density fibreboard) is a hardwood and softwood wood panel. One side of the keychain is coated with sublimation varnish.
The keychain can be printed on one side only.

Sublimation parameters
Tested values by Green Print for this type of product. It is recommended to test 1-2 pieces before production, adjusting the time by 10-15 seconds as needed.
- Print only on the side coated with sublimation varnish
- Use Teflon sheet for protection
- Pre-press 3-5 seconds to remove moisture
- Remove the protective film before pressing
- Attention to thickness - may require adjusting the platen distance
Recommended for
MDF is a composite wood with only one side treated for sublimation - make sure you print on the correct side. Remove the protective film before pressing.
